The male reproductive system mostly exists outside of your body. The external organs include your penis, scrotum and testicles. Internal organs include your vas deferens, prostate and urethra. The male reproductive system is responsible for sexual function and urination.

The female reproductive system includes internal organs (ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, vagina) and external parts (vulva) that work to produce eggs, facilitate fertilization, support fetal development, and produce hormones (estrogen, progesterone) for reproduction and overall health, with the system preparing monthly for potential pregnancy via the menstrual cycle. Ovaries release eggs (ovulation) into fallopian tubes where sperm may fertilize them, leading to implantation in the uterus's nutrient-rich lining.   Internal Organs

• Ovaries: Almond-sized organs producing eggs (ova) and essential hormones like estrogen and progesterone.
• Fallopian Tubes: Tubes connecting ovaries to the uterus, serving as the usual site for fertilization.
• Uterus: A muscular organ where a fertilized egg implants and a fetus develops. Its inner lining (endometrium) thickens monthly for pregnancy.
• Vagina: A muscular canal connecting the uterus to the outside, serving as the birth canal and passage for menstrual flow. 

External Organs (Vulva)

• Labia Majora & Minora: Folds of skin protecting the vaginal and urethral openings.
• Clitoris: A sensitive organ involved in sexual arousal.
• Vestibule: Area containing the vaginal and urethral openings, with glands for lubrication. 

The male urinary system, also known as the renal system, filters blood to create urine, which is then removed from the body; it consists of the Kidneys, which produce urine; the Ureters, tubes that carry urine to the bladder; the Bladder, a muscular sac for storage; and the Urethra, the final tube for urine expulsion, which also serves as the pathway for semen during ejaculation in males

The nervous system is the body's complex command center, a network of nerve cells (neurons) that transmits signals via electrical and chemical impulses to coordinate actions, process sensory information, and control functions from thought and memory to movement, breathing, and digestion

A skeleton is the rigid framework supporting an organism's body, protecting organs, anchoring muscles, and enabling movement, made of bones and connective tissues like cartilage, ligaments, and tendons, with the adult human skeleton featuring ~206 bones divided into the axial (skull, spine, ribs) and appendicular (limbs, girdles) systems. It's a dynamic organ, constantly renewing, vital for mineral storage, and blood cell production.

The digestive system is a group of organs (mouth, esophagus, stomach, intestines, etc.) and glands (liver, pancreas) that break down food into nutrients (sugars, amino acids, fats) for energy, growth, and repair, absorbing them into the body, and eliminating waste as feces. Its key functions are digestion (breaking down food), absorption (taking in nutrients), and elimination (removing waste) through mechanical (chewing, peristalsis) and chemical (enzymes, acids) processes.

The immune system is your body's complex defense network of cells, tissues, and organs (like lymph nodes, spleen, thymus, bone marrow) that protects you from germs (bacteria, viruses, fungi), parasites, and cancer by identifying and destroying harmful invaders.
